Your First Visit
We’ll show you into the report room, where we’ll go over your health history and ask any clarifying questions to ensure we have a clear picture. Then Dr. Kim or Dr. Craig will come in and sit with you to talk about your health concerns and how we may help.
They’ll explain that we need to do an examination to determine the underlying cause of your issue, and they’ll tell you how much that will cost. You will always know what to expect in terms of our actions and fees—we don’t want you to have any surprises with us. Most people tell us our exam is the most thorough healthcare evaluation they’ve ever had. If your doctor feels X-rays are needed, they’ll explain why and obtain your consent before proceeding.
Your Second Visit
We’ll bring you back as soon as possible for your second visit—sometimes even later the same day. In the meantime, your doctor will thoroughly analyze all your test results and your X-rays to determine what’s going on with your health, and design a customized approach to care to help you achieve your goals. When you come back, they’ll go over all that with you, explaining everything and answering all your questions.
